Following discussions with the conservation Officer it was agreed that the single storey extensions were not adding value to the listed building and that these could be demolished.  A pyramid roofed single space was constructed within the curtilage of the old extensions.  This structure was built off four columns independent of the party walls.  Elsewhere the ground and first floors were totally refurbished.   The second floor was gutted and a new rear dormer added to create space for 2 bedrooms plus a second bathroom.
