It is constructed of slate roof with rendered masonry walls. Lavatories were connected to the towns water supply in 1910 and electricity connected in 1923. Standing in 2/3 hectare of grounds facing South the house had a further extension added in 1961. Text Box: The photograph on the left shows Cotmaton House c1950.
