Text Box: Residents enter from a covered verandah, where one can appreciate the luxuriant grounds, into communal corridors serving two units each. Internally each unit of the single storey development contains lounge overlooking and accessing the grounds, with kitchenette, twin bedroom, en-suite shower room and internal hall, lit from above that also acts as a dining room or occasional guest bedroom. The units are designed with a communal approach to encourage socialisation of residents and a sense of togetherness and support. The building also contains an attached communal area for cooking and laundry facilities together with a central services room controlling heating and hot water supplies.
