Text Box: Residential Homes Text Box: Cotmaton House. Cotmaton House was acquired by The Abbeyfield Sidmouth Society in March 1977 and converted to house 13 residents. Continued improvements to upgrade the facilities have culminated in the addition of the new annexe building, which has been specifically designed to provide accommodation for 5 elderly couples. Completed in 2004 it is set within the grounds of the main house.
